Health and hygiene for children

In this world most of the children are suffering from malnutrition, this is because inadequate delivery, lack of awareness of immunization, long distance to health centers causes various diseases to children below 5 years such as meningitis, dengue, pneumonia, malaria,  polio,  diarrhea which leads to death.


In order to avoid these diseases  government has proposed some rules they are

  • The pregnant women should follow a perfect nutritious diet before delivery.
  • The first yellow thick milk of the mother is the most nutritious food for the baby
  • For 6 months baby give only mother’s milk.
