When I first saw people using e-cigarettes I was confused. They looked odd, and they sounded like watered down versions of what I knew and craved. Ultimately, it means you don’t end up feeling like you’ve sacrificed your pleasure, simply made it healthier.

My method might not be for everyone, but after converting to vaping I can say that I’ve never gone back to smoking. After a few months of reducing my nicotine intake, I’m no longer dependant on that either.
